摘要: To clarify the mechanism of isopropyl-N-phenyl carbamate (IPC) action on higher plant cells sensitivity microtubules (cortical network and mitotic arrays) microtubule organizing centers to IPC treatment (30 μM) in IPC-resistant sensitive Nicotiana sylvestris lines was studied. It clearly demonstrated that does not depolymerize MTs but causes MTOC damage cells, which results fragmentation, splitting spindle poles abnormal division formation. also found IPC-resistance mutant N. line correlates with tubulin resistance possibly one proteins involved composition.
