摘要: There is an on-going movement in manufacturing industry towards Product-Service Systems (PSS), which manifests the importance of making experience based knowledge organizationally available. In this paper a study how white books used and discussing any delimitations transferring experiences focus. The builds on empirical company, has long ago implemented book approach also vision PSS development. It been found that format guidelines for authoring them could be barrier expressing individually gained experiences. Subsequently, does not support transfer between projects having different aims, perspectives domains.
