摘要: Abstract Purpose To assess awareness and knowledge of human papillomavirus (HPV) in the adult Swedish population. Methods A cross-sectional study among young adults aged 18–30 years parents children 12–15 was conducted 2007 to collect information on HPV. Correlates HPV were investigated. Results Awareness cervical cancer condyloma high but low. Many participants uncertain or did not know about causal relation between condyloma, cancers other than cancer. Among parents, gender, age, country origin, education most important correlates knowledge. adults, these factors income, education.
