摘要: Infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) causes an acute, highly contagious immunosuppressive disease--infectious (IBD) in poultry. It is known that VP4 a non-structural protein and viral protease encoded by IBDV. Currently, little about characteristics during pathogenic nonpathogenic IBDV infection. Here, we investigated the expression profiles of By IFA ELISA, using respectively expressed Vero cells transfected with gene Escherichia coli as antigens, firstly confirmed serum anti-VP4 antibodies IBDV-infected rather than chickens. Kinetic analysis anti-IBDV antibody shows chickens, to was later detectable anti-VP3 neutralizing antibody. Immunohistochemistry further demonstrates antigen can be detected mainly cortex lymphoid follicles bursa Fabricius infected These data first suggest indicator discriminating infection
