摘要: Modelling of self-organization phenomena in cathode boundary layer discharge is presented. The model, implemented with Comsol Multiphysics software, comprises equations for conservation electrons and a single ion species written the drift-diffusion transport approximation, Poisson's equation, using local-field approximation. Processes considered are direct ionization dissociative recombination. gas modelled xenon at 30 Torr. configuration same as shown figure 1 [1]. Standard conditions have been used; particular dielectric wall absorbed charged particles. Solutions were found stationary solver, which decoupled physical from computational stability key feature present modelling. control parameter was switched voltage to current, depending on differential resistance discharge.
