摘要: A suite of grounding-line landforms on the Antarctic seafloor, imaged at submeter horizontal resolution from an autonomous underwater vehicle, enables calculation ice sheet retreat rates a complex grounding-zone wedges Larsen continental shelf, western Weddell Sea. The are delicate sets up to 90 ridges, 10 kilometers per year) inferred during regional deglaciation shelf. If repeated today, such rapid mass loss ocean would have clear implications for increasing rate global sea level rise.
