摘要: The present invention relates to the use of at least one inorganic nitrate in a fermentation process for producing erythritol using yeast strain Moniliella species as an erythritol-producing microorganism, characterized that is simultaneously used main nitrogen source and pH regulator culture medium, well such improved method erythritol.
