摘要: Summary This paper proposes dry mechanical beam–column joints for fully restrained moment connections of concrete components. This novel joint can be used reinforced precast frames and steel–concrete composite frames. The new consists extended steel plates with bolts designed to transfer tension compression forces, providing at the joint. end plate introduced column-beam assembly was originally in frame, as AISC 358. study developed similar but unique details order provide both Experimental analytical investigations were performed verify structural behavior components identify parameters that influence connections. These are expected modular offsite construction buildings heavy industrial plants. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
