摘要: Abstract We use hedonic rent and wage equations to measure compensating differentials in central cities metropolitan areas with franchises of the National Football League. Rents are about 8 percent higher cities, but this impact may not carry over broader geographical areas. Wages 2 lower teams, standard error on parameter is large. The city results indicate that sports appear be a public good. Once these quality-of-life benefits included calculus, large expenditure new stadiums appears good investment for their residents.
