摘要: Within the postmodern and critical managerial communication pedagogical literature, reflexivity has traditionally been conceptualized as an epistemological practice that emphasizes intellectual critique. Little attention given to how managers act reflexively in conversation with other organizational members. This study sampled who were trained from a perspective reflexive practice. The results suggest adopt more relationally responsive approach within their conversational practice, which incorporates elements of Three implications are highlighted: (1) should be viewed relational activity highlights issues situated judgment, timing, rhythm conversation, (2) inclusive, respectful, safe communication, (3) is connected empowerment.
