摘要: Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have been used in China for more than two thousand years, and some of them confirmed to be effective cancer treatment. Protein kinases play critical roles control cell growth, proliferation, migration, survival angiogenesis mediate their biological effects through catalytic activity. In recent numerous protein kinase inhibitors developed are being clinically. Anticancer TCMs represent a large class bioactive substances, display anticancer activity via inhibiting affect the phosphoinositide 3-kinase, serine/threonine-specific kinases, pechanistic target rapamycin (PI3K/AKT/mTOR), P38, mitogen-activated (MAPK) extracellular signal-regulated (ERK) pathways. present article, we comprehensively reviewed several components isolated from that exhibited significantly inhibitory towards range kinases. These components, which belong diverse structural classes, herein, based upon they inhibit. The prospects problems development also discussed.
