摘要: Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) hold great promise for modeling and recapitulation of human biological processes. Coupled with the advent genome engineering tools, specifically CRISPR–Cas9 systems, hPSCs have opened a multitude possibilities in biology creating novel cellular therapies. Here, we review fundamentals both technologies, wide-ranging present future applications hPSCs.
