摘要: 1. Observations are described which indicate that the axoplasm of giant nerve fibre squid is normally in a gelatinized state and behaves iike solid. 2. Extruded disperses rapidly sea water, but not calcium-free solutions 0.58M-sodium chloride or potassium chloride. 3. The addition calcium concentrations 1 mM. more causes to disperse, time for complete disintegration decreasing as concentration raised. No comparable effect produced by other constituents water.
