摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the role of calcium in both integrative properties neurons and their as modulators other cell biological parameters. Voltage-dependent conductance changes large enough to be self-regenerative have been observed a multitude neuronal elements, most work having obtained invertebrate neurons. In vertebrates, action potentials demonstrated several types central peripheral cases, inward current has occurred at somatic level, whereas axon is for part devoid such conductance. It shown that spikes are preferentially recorded dendritic level play an important integration. Besides all-or-none potentials, prolonged calcium-dependent local responses may also seen somas dendrites. The ontogeny this voltage-dependent membrane indicates component appears with development trees. A general hypothesis proposed currents function.
