摘要: Phalaenopsis ‘R11 x R10’ is one of hybrid orchids with a potential commercial as cut flowers and potted plants. Therefore, it important to increase production both in quantities quality. Unfortunately was difficult propagate vegetative because monopodial orchid which can not by using keiki. Besides, the availability good quality seeds limited due genetic variability traditional breeding. Micropropagation method has been providing clones large minimum variability. In this research two carbohydrate variation (sucrose maltose) different concentrations (1%, 3%, 6%) were tested on PLB proliferation somatic embryogenesis for improving it. The objective study evaluate effect sucrose maltose stage. 1%, 6% sucrose, maltose, 3% control proliferation, germination, plantlet conversion PLB. After ten weeks observation, highest shown (71.2 PLBs per PLB). Based statistical analysis one-way ANOVA post hoc test tukey (p<0,05), result significantly response sugar concentration variation. Observation germination performed after incubating weeks. eight observation medium, (7 plantlets PLBs) achieved treatment. It concluded that optimum promoting conversion.
