摘要: Abstract An adequate method for standardising the quantitation of serum amyloid A protein (SSA) in human was developed. Acute phase high density lipoprotien 3 (HDL ) used as a standard. The concentration SAA standard determined by use purified SAA. After determination, various concentrations were run on SDS-polyacylamide gel together with HDL containing an unknown amount amongst apolipoproteins. From curve obtained pyridine extraction (Coomassie blue colour yield at 605 nm) determined. established immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) standardised . normal and acute sera
