摘要: Serum amyloid A protein (apo-SAA), an acute phase reactant, is apolipoprotein of high density lipoproteins (HDL), in particular the denser subpopulation HDL3. The structure HDL3 isolated from humans affected by a variety severe disease states was investigated with respect to density, size, and composition, using gradient ultracentrifugation, gel electrophoresis, filtration, solid immunoadsorption. Apo-SAA present HDL particles increasing amounts as particle increased. Apo-SAA-containing had bigger radii than normal comparable density. Purified apo-SAA associated readily vitro, giving rise containing up 80% their apoproteins apo-SAA. addition resulted displacement apo-A-I increase size. Acute represented mixture particles, polydisperse content; for example, some were that contained apo-A-I, apo-A-II, apo-SAA, whereas others but no apo-A-II. We conclude probably associates circulation patients existing causing remodeling shell yield size higher are relatively depleted apo-A-I.
