摘要: In this study we present evidence that SAA is complexed to high density lipoprotein (HDL) in rabbit serum and co-isolated with HDL apoproteins. The binding of seems be quite strong, judged from affinity chromatography experiments. studies did not reveal any interaction between albumin, there was no could complex itself. By isolation apoproteins, behave like other known apoproteins may he characterized as an apoprotein normal very low concentration but increases under different unphysiological circumstances.
