摘要: The Golgi apparatus is a central sorting station in the cell. It receives newly synthesized molecules from endoplasmic reticulum and directs them to different subcellular destinations, such as plasma membrane or endocytic pathway. Importantly, last few years, it has emerged that maintenance of structure connected proper regulation trafficking. Rab proteins are small GTPases considered be master regulators intracellular Several over 60 human Rabs involved transport pathways at well its architecture. This chapter will summarize roles Golgi, both transport, scaffold, tethering preserving function this organelle.
