摘要: As a two-dimensional (2D) ordered porous organic framework (POF), PAF-6 is demonstrated to have an extraordinarily high fluorescence quenching ability dye-labeled single-stranded DNA (ssDNA). Based on its different affinities ssDNA and double-stranded (dsDNA), ssDNAs with lengths, firstly utilized as simple, cost-efficient, sensitive selective sensing platform for sequence-specific detection of activity analysis exonuclease I (Exo I). In these two systems, the approach accomplished by simply mixing probe targets PAF-6. The Exo are specifically sensitively detected limits 0.6 nM 0.03 U mL−1 (S/N = 3), respectively, using quencher probe. results this study suggest that can be developed excellent nucleic acid nuclease activity. addition, exhibits remarkable protect from enzymatic digestion, which may greatly extend applications proposed probe/PAF-6 system bioanalysis biomedicine.
