摘要: AbstractEuropium and dysprosium ions codoped strontium aluminates (SrAl2O4: Eu2+, Dy3+) phosphors were prepared via a pH controlled sol–gel process. Monophasic SrAl2O4: Dy3+ obtained after calcination at 1250°C. An established model based on theoretical calculations was adopted to evaluate the concentrations of strontium, aluminium, europium species in citric solution under different conditions. With increasing solutions, extent chelation metal with citrate ligands increased. The emission excitation intensities both increased rise solution. Two broad peaks peaking 254 324 nm observed ultraviolet region. excited yielded band an peak centred 524 nm. derived phosphor is considered promising material for application white light emitting diodes.
