摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gray-level picture binarization method which can obtain the binary of high quality, even if contrast is inferior. SOLUTION: A secondary differential filter applied to I (x, y). positive histogram H0 generated on element where probability character part whose output value becomes and negative H1 background become high. Then, threshold set by using positive/negative histograms.
