摘要: Abstract The relative radioresponsiveness of human prostate cancer compared to malignant melanoma is well known. effects β-estradiol or testosterone on the X-irradiation survival several cell lines were studied, including: carcinoma PC3 and DU145 A375 A875. Lines DU 145 demonstrated 55–61 fmol per 10 6 cells androgen receptor with no detectable estrogen progesterone receptor. Cells irradiated at 120 cGy/min dose rate. There was toxicity up −4 M in absence X-irradiation. At plating efficiencies from 11–13%, densities 1 × 4 60 cm 2 flask, a D o 108.5 ± 6.5, n 2.1 0.7 cGy, 143.5 1.5 2.4 0.5, respectively. addition −10 prior after, did not alter radiosensitivity. same rate cGy/min, A875 had 125 2.5 1.56 0.8 SF 0.65 0.03 line 129 4.5 1.58 0.4 0.55 0.04, radiosensitivity decrease low 5 cGy/min. Thus, vitro positive necessarily altered by presence before after irradiation. data support concept that all do show broad-shouldered curve intrinsic cellular radioresistance.
