摘要: Malignant melanomas are not very radiosensitive neoplasms. Therefore, the prime management of such lesions is surgical. However, there certain circumstances in which radiation therapy has been used and should be considered as useful. This article provides an overview literature on radiotherapy primary metastatic malignant man. In addition, some unconventional methods like use sensitizers, oxygen-independent therapy, combined with hyperbaric oxygen, high-dose-per-fraction irradiation discussed. The beneficial responses to that have reported we personally observed suggest a prospective study determine proper role all forms stages warranted.
