摘要: Guidelines on heart failure (HF) stress the importance of lifestyle advice, although there is little evidence that such recommendations improve symptoms or prognosis. Patients experience different intensities which impair their daily activities and reduce quality-of-life. To cope with clinical condition, many patients seek advice about self-management strategies when in contact medical care providers, particularly specialized HF services. Self-care management an important part treatment, thus health professionals working have recognized need for more specific advice. The present paper summarizes available evidence, promotes self-care management, aims to provide practical delivering patients. It also defines avenues research optimize a number key areas derive further benefits.
