Capillary electrophoresis separation of alkylphosphonic acid monoesters with indirect ultraviolet detection

摘要: The separation of two series alkylphosphonic acid monoesters (methyl and ethyl) by capillary electrophoresis (CZE) with indirect UV detection is described. In order to get short run times high peak efficiencies the electroosmotic flow (EOF) reversed flushing fused-silica 0.2% aqueous solution polybren. optimisation several experimental parameters (running voltage, temperature) has been carefully investigated, resolution, efficiency were studied. signal-to-noise ratio repeatability EOF investigated adding hydroxylamine electrolyte system, improve buffer capacity. Thus, electrolyte, composed 5 mM sorbate anion (pH 6) as background absorbance co-anion 1.6 hydroxylamine, allows these in less than 6 min.
