摘要: Objective— Fibrinogen has a role in inflammatory processes and participates atherosclerotic plaque formation. Despite intensive investigation, there is no clear evidence for of variations the genes coding fibrinogen-α, fibrinogen-β, fibrinogen-γ polypeptide chains myocardial infarction. We examined association haplotypes 50-kb fibrinogen gene region with infarction 2 large case-control samples. Methods Results— Study sample 1 consisted 3657 patients 1211 control individuals comprised 1392 controls.
