摘要: Economists have examined the impact of alcohol prices on various outcomes related to consumption, including nonfatal and fatal motor vehicle accidents, other liver cirrhosis, alcohol-related mortality, crime, education attainment. Price, in context this research, includes not only monetary price alcoholic beverages, but also a wide variety “costs” drinking heavy drinking, time spent obtaining beverages legal costs associated with behavior. This research clearly demonstrates that increases which could be achieved by increasing taxes alcohol, can significantly reduce many problems use abuse. In addition, control policies raise reduced availability higher ages, others, are effective reducing t he consequences
