摘要: Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and TGF-β play a crucial role not only in regulating growth development, tissue maintenance, wound healing, but also pathological processes like fibrosis tumor progression, metastases. Expression activation of MMPs are tightly regulated. Interestingly, involved proteolytic TGF-β, regulates expression levels MMPs. Here, we discuss the functional interactions normal tissues.
