摘要: Purpose. This is a retrospective study of the role postoperative epidural analgesia in major spinal surgical procedures. With number and complexity procedures performed on spine everincreasing, this method becoming more important. Methods. Results 74 consecutive cases surgeries between January 2000 2001 at Spine Division, Amritha Institute Medical Sciences Research Centre, Kochi, India, were studied. 32 posterior other 42 anterior thoracic lumbar regions.
