摘要: Hydroxyapatite [HA; Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2] which composes inorganic phase of bones and teeth is one the biomedical materials for artificial bone, reconstruction broken or disordered bones, coating metallic dental surgery with its great biocompatibility. In this study, HA powders were synthesized from aqueous suspensions containing H3PO4 Ca(OH)2 1.67 Ca/P ratios (chemical HA, CHA) second process carried out in simulated body fluids consisting (NH4)2HPO4 Ca(NO3)2·4H2O as biomimetic hydroxyapatite (BHA). Moreover, properties bovine (BoHA) commercial (CoHA) compared powders. Chemical structures have been examined by Fourier transform infrared technique X-ray diffraction. The results showed that BHA a pure content no secondary phase, CHA also has monetite structure. Particle size analysis was laser particle sizer zeta-sizer, surface area analyzed Brunauer–Emmett–Teller technique. Powder morphology determined using scanning electron microscopy. As result two different synthesis methods affected
