摘要: Abstract Hydroxyapatite [HA], being biocompatible is extensively used in biomedical applications. The properties of HA synthesized by sol-gel, ultrasonication and microwave technique have been investigated. Primary raw materials for this preparation were orthophosphoric acid (H 3 PO 4 ) calcium hydroxide [Ca(OH) 2 ]. powdered samples obtained analyzed compositional, morphological thermal features using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Electron Microscope (SEM). broad peak at 1450 cm -1 FTIR spectra indicated synthesis carbonated sol-gel method. without substitution was via microwave. loses its weight around 200 °C to 400 °C due loss absorbed lattice water all the three samples. Microwave irradiated stable after 550 °C. Spheroid aggregates nanoparticles observed SEM.
