摘要: In this work the suitability of Mn-doped lead indium niobate-lead magnesium titanate (xPb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-yPb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-(1-x-y)PbTiO3) single crystals in pyroelectric detectors was evaluated and compared with standard lithium tantalate (LiTaO3). Pyroelectric dielectric measurements confirmed an increased processing operating temperature range due to higher phase transitions 0.26Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-0.42Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.32PbTiO3:Mn. Due high coefficient, relaxor-lead based sensors perform increase specific detectivity relation detectors. The evaluation shows good results design fabrication for long-range flame detection high-resolution gas analysis.
