摘要: Monometallic (Au and Ni) bimetallic + nanoparticles deposited on SiO2 from colloidal solutions in triethylamine have been studied by x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The were prepared through vapor-phase metal synthesis. We determined the basic parameters of core-level valence-band XPS spectra Au/SiO2, Ni/SiO2, Au-Ni/SiO2 systems. results indicate that Au these systems is Au(0) state, while Ni oxidized to Ni(II). Au/SiO2 samples differ little shape 4f peak. In system, 2p 3/2-Au 4f 7/2 binding energy difference 0.3 eV larger 3/2 peak narrower than those monometallic samples. effects characteristic system may be due interaction between or interpreted as evidence particles level off potential relief surface.
