摘要: X-ray photoelectron and Mossbauer spectroscopy were used to study the composition structure of 57Fe-Pd bimetallic black 57Fe-Pd/SiO2 nanocomposites prepared by metal-vapor synthesis. The main parameters core level spectra systems determined. system was shown be a disordered amorphous consisting Pd particles, superparamagnetic γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles with size 8–10 nm, Fe-O-Pd solid solution. Considerable broadening 3d peaks in an increase O 1s-Si 2p energy interval 0.4 eV respect spectrum initial SiO2 observed; this evidence interaction support. binding Fe 2p3/2 peak nanocomposite close that Fe2O3, but had smaller width satellite larger spin-orbit splitting, which indicative considerable amount FeOOH on surface compared other iron oxides.
