Characterization of human transforming genes from chemically transformed, teratocarcinoma, and pancreatic carcinoma cell lines.

摘要: Dominant transforming genes that were transferred to mouse NIH3T3 cells by cellular DNAs prepared from a chemically transformed human cell line (MNNG-HOS), teratocarcinoma (PA1), and pancreatic carcinoma (A1165) characterized (a) analyzing the repetitive DNA sequences associated with gene (b) determining their relationship oncogenes of Harvey (rasH) Kirsten (rasK) sarcoma viruses neuroblastoma (rasN). The results show activated in is identical homologue rasK. In contrast, showed no detectable homology rasK, rasH, rasN.
