摘要: Abstract The ultrastructure of the mycetocytes and mycetome symbiotes aphids Brevicoryne brassicae, Myzus persicae , Macrosiphum rosae is described. Fixation in either two solutions, each containing both glutaraldehyde osmium tetroxide, gives better preservation tissues than does use compound alone. B. brassicae ‘primary symbiotes’ are very similar to other. also has a second type symbiote; types housed separate mycetocytes. It suggested that resemble Rickettsiaceae may have arisen from member this group. However, it possible they arose free-living bacteria rather non-symbiotic rickettsiae, likeness being due convergence relationship.
