摘要: The environmental pollutant 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) adversely affects many organisms. TCDD exposure is known to be associated with abnormal development, hepatotoxicity and endocrine effects. It has also been reported have antiestrogenic activity in addition estrogenic activity. In order clarify the effects of uterus, we evaluated patterns gene expression after estradiol administration. Of 10 000 arrayed genes, only a few were affected by both TCDD. Although subset genes that responded estrogen was activated TCDD, response more limited than observed estradiol. Therefore, according our analysis patterns, had partial weak uterus.
