摘要: Today many large, medium and small software companies experience difficulties in establishing quality improvement initiatives, although we can observe that unlike large companies, sized enterprises (SMEs) find it particularly difficult to adapt these initiatives. This is further complicated since most such as, e.g., CMM SPICE, primarily address the needs of organizations. Thus, order provide a basis for productivity also propose customized approach measurement as an essential infrastructure improvement, which takes into account specific characteristics limitations enterprises. Our basically consists integration systematic reuse contextspecific resource models planning programs, compaction process lightweight GQM method reduce overhead. The based on our experiences applying SMEs, first results are presented.
