On the need for optimization of the software development processes in short-term projects

摘要: Nowadays, most of the software development projects in Mexico are short-term (micro and small projects); for this reason, paper we presenting a research proposal with goal identifying elements contributing to their success or failure. With research, trying identify propose techniques tools that would contribute successful outcome these projects.
