摘要: Abstract Intracerebral (i.e.) inoculation of susceptible strains mice with Theiler's murine encephalomyelitis virus (TMEV) results in immune-mediated demyelinating disease. Gangliosides are membrane components essentially all eukaryotic cells and abundant plasma membranes. Endogenous gangliosides have been implicated cell recognition, adhesion, differentiation neunte outgrowth. We studied the effect on TMEV-induced disease (TMEV-IDD). injected TMEV intracerebrally into SJL/J induced TMEV-IDD. were subcutaneously examined for various immunological indicators. The show that when administered effector phase, TMEV-IDD was suppressed both clinically histologically. Cellular immunity such as delayed-type hypersensitivity, proliferative response T against mitogens decreased, only this group anti-TMEV IgG2a antibody not detected. Taken together, these data suggest administration function pathogenic Th1 Additionally, study proposes possibility a new therapy multiple sclerosis.
