摘要: A dry process induced phase transited, non disintegrating, controlled release, in situ formed asymmetric membrane capsular system for poorly water soluble drug, ketoprofen, was developed and evaluated both vitro vivo osmotic release of the drug. In capsules were prepared using fabricated glass capsule holders via dry, inversion process. Effect varying pressure dissolution medium on drug studied. Membrane characterization by scanning electron microscopy showed an outer dense region with less pores inner porous membrane. studies statistical test all marketed formulation done at P >0.05. The found to be independent pH, but dependent medium. pharmacokinetic a level correlation (R 2 >0.99) 39.24 % relative bioavailability compared immediate tablet ketoprofen. Excellent achieved suggested that performance transited AMCs could accurately predicted from their profiles means delivery drugs solubility.
