摘要: Abstract The quality of intracellular filling Mini-Ruby (MR) is comparable to that Lucifer Yellow (LY) in both perfusion-fixed rat and immersion-fixed autopsy human tissue. In adult brain, the use MR avoids co-conversion typical lipofuscin deposits as invariably case during photoconversion LY. studies ( n = 35), staining does not correlate with age (range: 25–91 years) or postmortem delay 7–50 h). A short agonal status, however, advantageous.
