摘要: This study examines the distribution and morphological characteristics of glutamic-acid-decarboxylase-like (GAD)- parvalbumin-like (PA)-immunoreactive structures in olfactory bulb human adult. GAD-immunoreactive somata occurred glomerular layer, external granule cell more superficial portion plexiform internal layer. The cells were small- to mediumsized. Demonstration lipofuscin pigment revealed presence unpigmented as well pigmented neurons, thus suggesting existence two subpopulations GAD-positive neurons. GAD-immunoreactive puncta and/or fibers mainly seen periglomerular region All other layers bulb, intrabulbar anterior nucleus, displayed considerably less these fibers. nerve layer remained practically clear immunoreactive material. PA-immunoreactive both Only a small number encountered within white matter or tract. Most PA-positive neurons short axon whereas few others resembled van Gehuchten cells. PA-immunoreactive devoid pigment. Immunoreactive present all though predominating region, portions nucleus did not show any structures.
