摘要: Natural Killer (NK) cells have long been considered an important part of the anti-tumor immune response due to their potent cytolytic and cytokine-secreting abilities. To date, a clear demonstration role NK play in human cancer is lacking, there are still very few examples therapies that efficiently exploit or enhance spontaneous ability destroy autologous cells. Given paradigm shift toward immunotherapy over past decade, renewed push understand how cell homeostasis function regulated order therapeutically harness these treat cancer. This review will highlight recent advancements our understanding growth factors impact on development, differentiation, survival with emphasis pathways may influence activity tumor microenvironment control metastasis.
