摘要: NK cells are cytotoxic lymphocytes with a key role in limiting tumour metastases. In mice, the cell lineage continually expresses high levels of Inhibitor DNA-binding 2 (Id2) protein and loss Id2 is incongruous their survival due to aberrant E-protein target gene activity. Using novel antibodies that detect both mouse human proteins, we have extensively characterised expression murine cells. We detected clear E2 A HEB, lesser extent E2-2 contrast HEB appears be major expressed cells, minor surprisingly, no primary nor lines. These also functional immunofluorescence immunoprecipitation. Mass spectrometry analysis immuno-precipitated from revealed number associated proteins including several members SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator chromatin (SMARC) Mediator complex (MED) families. Taken together, these data highlight utility caution against models for understanding Id2/E-protein biology given clearly disparate patternbetween species.
