摘要: In situ characterization of surface denaturation a protein was realized by newly developed interface-selective multiplex electronic sum frequency generation spectroscopy. The observed spectra cytochrome c at the air/water interface exhibited broad feature, which demonstrated coexistence nativelike and denatured interface. This situation mixed conformation did not change in acidic condition pH = 2 where completely bulk water. sharp contrast, only native spectrum silica/water
