摘要: Subclinical Cushing’s syndrome (SCS) is a disorder characterized by autonomous cortisol secretion and the presence of an adrenal incidentaloma, in absence clinical features syndrome. SCS special interest because it has been associated with several disorders, such as atherosclerosis arterial hypertension. Despite decades research, continues to generate controversy regarding its diagnosis subsequent management. Several issues remain be resolved. A universal agreement on hormonal remains elusive. Autonomous ill defined definitions have offered. The heterogeneity diagnostic criteria creates studies evaluating optimal Minimally invasive adrenalectomy documented ameliorate disorders certain patients. Identifying these patients should focus future research subject. In this review we summarize current concepts indications for surgical
