摘要: In this paper we have studied the structural, local structural and magnetic properties of sol–gel derived Zn1−xFexO (0 ≤ x 0.06) nanoparticles. The crystalline structure crystallite size been estimated by X-ray diffraction with Rietveld refinement high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Other extended absorption fine (EXAFS)-, near edge (XANES)- Raman-analysis. Weak ferromagnetism is observed at room temperature magnetization increases increasing Fe-concentration. oxygen vacancy assisted bound polarons (BMPs) possibly grain boundaries are responsible for ferromagnetism. Variation resistivity has also studied. Appearance in ZnO:Fe nanoparticles may open potential bio-imaging drug-delivery applications.
