摘要: Early steps in the biogenesis of Photosystem II (PSII) cyanobacterium Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 are thought to occur a specialized membrane fraction that is characterized by specific accumulation PSII assembly factor PratA and its interaction partner pD1, precursor D1 protein PSII. Here, we report molecular characterization this fraction, called PratA-defined (PDM), with regard lipid pigment composition association factors, including YCF48, Slr1471, Sll0933, Pitt. We demonstrate YCF48 Slr1471 present chlorophyll chlorophyllide accumulates PDM. Analysis PDMs from various mutant lines suggests central role for spatial organization biogenesis. Moreover, quantitative immunoblot analyses revealed network interdependences between several factors synthesis. In addition, formation complexes containing both Sll0933 was substantiated co-immunoprecipitation experiments. The findings integrated into refined model 6803.
